Welcome to the Sloneridge Homeowners Association 

Welcome to Sloneridge, a lovely community tucked away just off of Malabar in southwest Palm Bay. The subdivision features two ponds that are home to a variety of waterfowl. The subdivision contains 117 homes with city water and sewer and underground utilities. This community of neighbors is dedicated to preserving and enhancing the quality of life, property values, and sense of community within Sloneridge Community Homeowner Association

Our Mission

The mission is to increase property values by enforcing declarations, bylaws, covenants, and community & design standards, while enhancing residents’ quality of life and providing opportunities to build friendships and community.

The HOA is responsible for Enforcing community rules and regulations to preserve property values and ensure a harmonious living environment.
