About Sloneridge Subdivision
The Sloneridge subdivision consists of 117 homes and is currently one of the most popular areas in the City of Palm Bay. Nestled in Brevard County, our neighborhood offers a peaceful, family-friendly environment with well-maintained homes and a strong sense of community pride. The Sloneridge Homeowners Association is dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for all residents through responsible management, neighborhood improvements, and open communication.
